font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">An incomplete download of the *.st binary file<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">A set being power cycled many times<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">When an Aastra Handset is in web recovery mode, the power will appear to come on the phone, but the LCD\u00a0screen will remain completely blank, and you will be unable to use the phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">If your Handset resembles\u00a0 these symptoms, please do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">Disconnect the Aastra phone from power or network in case of poe handsets<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">Reconnect the power or the poe cable and\u00a0<em><\/em>\u00a0<strong>press and hold 1 + #<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">Hold the keys listed in Step 2 until the phone displays an IP\u00a0address on the LCD\u00a0screen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">Using a computer\u00a0<em>on the same subnet as the phone<\/em>, browse to the IP\u00a0address displayed on the LCD\u00a0screen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">You should see two fields on this page:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">Filename:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">TFTP Server IP:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">In the\u00a0<strong>Filename<\/strong>\u00a0field, enter the name of the phone&#8217;s firmware file.\u00a0 Aastra firmware files are named &lt;Model#&gt;.st.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">Firmware files are:<br \/>\n51i.st<br \/>\n53i.st<br \/>\n55i.st<br \/>\n57i.st<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">New firmware can be obtained from www.aastratelecom.com website<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif; font-size: small;\">In the\u00a0<strong>TFTP\u00a0Server IP<\/strong>\u00a0field, enter the IP\u00a0address of your TFTP server or IPPBX.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: small;\">The phone make take a while to contact the server and load firmware and configuration files.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif;
