Broad connectivity provides flexibility

The Fusion’s extensive connectivity options ensure maximum flexibility. USB-C and Bluetooth make it easy to connect external devices such as your headset your favourite way, while the flexible dual-band 5GHz/2.4GHz WiFi module enables hassle-free connection to the internet and lets you seamlessly integrate the Fusion with your existing network. The 2-port gigabit switch ensures fast LAN connection and power supply (PoE) for the device.

DECT base station functionality

When functioning as a DECT base station, the Gigaset Fusion allows you to connect up to eight Gigaset PRO handsets. This translates into a maximum of flexibility and problem-free connection when equipping your company’s overall work area. This also provides the huge advantage that you can be reached by your customers at all times with up to four parallel calls, even at peak times with high call volumes.

Easy contact management

The Gigaset Fusion’s central phone book gives you up to 500 entries and lets you easily synchronize and manage all of your customer contacts. This also includes your existing mobile phone contacts, which are a snap to import via Bluetooth, as well as your native Google and Microsoft 365 and LDAP contacts.

A large number of convenient features are available to you when doing so. The Gigaset Fusion offers up to 72 programmable display keys and widgets that allow you to optimize the device to your needs. Coloured BLF buttons indicate whether a line is free. And, the display night mode helps you save energy.

Environmentally friendly & radiation-free thanks to ECO DECT

The DECT eco mode and DECT eco mode+ functions are a paragon of an environmentally friendly solution. The two functions offer a significant 80% reduction in transmission power and energy-efficient transmission deactivation when in an idle state. The Fusion also features a proximity sensor that automatically wakes the device from sleep mode when the user gets close to it.

Another resource-saving function is the secure, DECT-encrypted range increase via HX repeater. This makes you future-proof for any further expansion of your company.

Gigaset R700H

Replacing the R650H PRO, the R700H PRO is a robust, IP65 rated Gigaset professional handset. Designed to protect against impacts, water and dust as well as being resistant to disinfectants, the R700H offers users a business ready handset no matter the conditions.

With a 2.4” colour display and Bluetooth headset connection, the R700H is an enduring companion with an extended battery life of up to 13 hours of talk time and 320 hours on standby. What’s more the R700H comes with additional unique features like the spot LED for call signalling or to be used as a torch, as well as a separately programmable alarm button to easily trigger a direct dial or alarm call.

IP65 and disinfectant resistant
In addition to the rubberized surface which gives the device a
perfect grip the new R700H PRO is designed in such a way that it
can also be operated with work gloves. The display glass is proof
against scratches thanks to a harder surface and can therefore be
used in extreme working environments. With an IP65 certification,
the R700H PRO is protected against shocks and against the
ingress of dust and water jets. In addition, the special magnetic
shielding makes the R700H PRO resistant to metal dust. The

Reseting Gigaset Bases

This information is for N300 and N510 Bases

The reset of Gigaset Dect base will wipe out all the settings of the base including the configuration file.

Below are the steps you should follow:

  • Disconnect the base from the LAN network switch and remove the power supply (if you are not using POE).
  • Press and hold the registration/paging key.
  • If you are using POE then connect the base to the POE switch otherwise connect the power supply to the base.
  • Press and hold the registration/paging key for at least 20 seconds.
  • Release the registration/paging key and it will reset the base to factory settings.

app for iOS and Android devices. Employees can enjoy voice, SMS, and multi-party video collaboration*, using their business extension,

The intuitive onboarding process sends an auto-generated email to
each user upon activation from the PBX with simple instructions for
them to download the app with instant log-in. It’s as simple as that!
Secured Communications
Sangoma Connect users are protected by TLS/SRTP encryption
which means their phone calls are kept private while on cellular
or WiFi connections, and your business is secured from any
unauthorized connections.

How to Get It

Sangoma Connect Mobile is included, free-of-charge, for all new and existing PBXact systems.  It is also free-of-charge to FreePBX customers with an active connect license, for the same amount of users already purchased. Simply perform an update on your system, and Sangoma Connect will be available within the User Management Module.

Purchasing Options

FreePBX customers can dowload a free 2 user 1 year licence, and those wishing to purchase a Sangoma Connect Mobile license can do so from us.  Sangoma have integrated Sangoma Connect Mobile with Connect Desktop , users can take advantage of even further collaboration tools for your MacOS or Windows computer. Simply purchase the Connect license from the portal store and choose to use Sangoma Connect Mobile, or both! If needed, here are some helpful instructions on how to purchase a license and how to install on your FreePBX system.
